This week we’ll be discussing the parable of The Mustard Seed, found in Matthew 13:31–32, Mark 4:30–32, and Luke 13:18–19
“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.” Sometimes, we may feel like our contributions are insignificant or that our work may not be making an immediate difference, but Jesus continues to remind us that we should not underestimate the power of small beginnings. How do we know God is working in our work, especially if it's not obvious?
Feel free to bring your laptop and stick around and work with us afterwards. Grab something at the brewery and lunch at the food truck.
